This Privacy Policy describes how the LoL Discord Community Bot ("the Bot", "we", "us") handles information. The Bot is a private, non-commercial Discord bot operated for a small, closed community of League of Legends players.

1. Information we collect

• Discord identifiers — your Discord user ID, username, nickname, and server (guild) membership, as provided by Discord when you interact with the Bot.
• Riot account data — the Riot ID (game name and tagline) you voluntarily register with the Bot, the corresponding PUUID, and publicly available League of Legends match history and statistics retrieved through the Riot Games API.

2. How we use it

We use this information only to provide the Bots features: linking a Discord member to their Riot account, verifying nicknames, displaying per-member statistics, computing internal community rankings, and—where applicable—organizing and reporting results of in-house custom games. We do not use it for advertising, profiling unrelated to the game, or any commercial purpose.

3. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or publicly redistribute your data. Information processed by the Bot is shown only within our private Discord server. We query the Riot Games API to obtain game data; your use of that data is also subject to Riot Games policies.

4. Data retention

Registered Riot IDs and derived statistics are kept while you remain a member of the community and are deleted on request or when you leave. You may ask us to remove your registered data at any time (see Contact).

5. Your choices

Registration is voluntary. You may unregister or request deletion of your stored data at any time by contacting an administrator in the Discord server.

6. Children

The Bot is not directed to children under the age required by Discords Terms of Service in your jurisdiction.
